Hank Cauley, who earned his master's in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona, will deliver a special guest lecture at Lafayette College about his work at the intersection of conservation and business.

Cauley earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Lafayette in 1977, which began a decades-long career steering multimillion-dollar global sustainability initiatives. The presentation, “Climate Justice Solutions and Global Impact: A Lafayette Engineer’s Journey”, will make his case that an engineering degree is not a narrow track but a foundation flexible enough to carry a career anywhere purpose leads it, according to Lafayette.

Cauley is co-founder and former CEO of Nature for Justice, guiding mission-driven efforts to leverage nature-based solutions for climate resilience and community empowerment.
