Tackling big challenges like air quality and climate requires the interdisciplinary approach of chemical and environmental engineering. CHEE faculty are leading researchers in the areas of atmospheric aerosol transport and chemistry, aerosol-cloud interactions, in-situ measurements, high-resolution atmospheric modelling, atmospheric ice crystal nucleation and convective storms.
